Our Founder
Fernando Aciar is a trained chef, artisan and entrepreneur. Born in the Andes Mountains of Argentina, since his beginnings he has been deeply influenced by the crafts and natural foods of his origins.
Fefo brought Brazilian-inspired OCAFE to the West Village in 2011, which has been a local community staple ever since. He followed up his venture with Feelfood, a wholesome brand with Latin-influenced flavorful and nutritious foods. Combining both he is hoping to make a mark in the sustainable community of harvesting and sharing the very best food.
In 2017 he launched the ceramics line fefostudio; and what began with a set handmade wares for O has evolved into exciting commissions for fashion brands (Coach, Unis...), and for some of New York’s best restaurants, including: Momofuku, Contra, Wildair, Metta,Una Pizza Napoletana, ...
Currently, Fefo is working on commissions world-wide, and is excited to be opening Ostudio , continuing to bridge the gap between food and craft and enjoying the interwoven processes of them both.
